The Tipperary “Walk of Dreams” is being organised by the John Giles Foundation in Thurles with the support of the FAI, the walk is scheduled to take place on Sunday March 27th.
All Clubs are invited to attend a meeting on Feb 7th at the Horse and Jockey Hotel at 7:00pm sharp.

The (JGF) Walk of Dreams project is a fundraising initiative to raise funds for the JGF, clubs, schools, various community groups. It is the aspiration of John Giles Foundation that this Walk of Dreams fund raising event and all future organized events will get the backing of the 2600+ clubs of Ireland.The national launch of John Giles book “A Football Man” took place on the 4 th November 2010, as a mark of generosity and commitment to the foundation Mr. Giles has agreed to donate the total sales proceeds to the JGF fund. We wish that each and every football club would have representation on the day, we would hope that all of your players, coaches, supporters, volunteers and people that just wish to show there support for there club and community would walk together under Your Club banner to help us grow the game together. |
